Frequently asked questions
What partners ask us most often before applying.
You recommend Zentorix with your personal link. Every invoice your referred customers pay earns you a commission — currently 30%, for as long as their subscription runs. Applying is free and needs no subscription of your own.
Be of legal age, have a Zentorix account and be based in Germany. Tell us where you plan to promote Zentorix. We read every application by hand and usually reply within a few days.
Not yet. The program is currently open to partners based in Germany for tax reasons. We plan to extend it; if you're based elsewhere, write to support@zentorix.de and we'll let you know when it opens.
The sign-up date, the status (trial started, paying customer) and the commission earned — the email address only in masked form. Names, payment details or usage data are never shown.
30% of every invoice actually paid, recurring: a Professional customer at €39.99 per month brings you €12 per month, month after month. Free trials and refunded payments earn nothing. If a customer upgrades, your commission grows with them.
Each commission is held for 14 days — the length of the customer's money-back guarantee — and then released. From €25 of released balance you request a payout in the dashboard. It goes out via PayPal or SEPA transfer, usually within 14 days, together with an automatic credit note (self-billing under Section 14 (2) UStG).
Your link carries your partner code in the address. If someone registers within 30 days of clicking, the account is attributed to you — permanently and without a cookie. Campaign links (&c=name) show you which video or post converts.
Yes, unaltered: logo and screenshots as provided. Label your links as advertising. Not allowed: discount or coupon promises in Zentorix's name, ads on the brand name, misleading claims, spam, or registering your own accounts through your link. The full rules are in the partner terms.
